Every puppy receives a full health check and a clean bill of health from our veterinarian. In addition, each puppy will receive their first vaccinations, and deworming.

We only breed the healthiest dogs. Our Mamas are fully genetically tested, in addition we do OFA hips and elbows, and OFA eye certification. We only use Studs from approved programs that have the same values and adhere to the same health testing standards.

When the puppies are just 3 days old they begin ENS (Early Neurological Stimulation) - to enhance the development of a strong nervous system. Barrier Challenge- to instill problem solving ability and teach the puppies frustration tolerance. Habituation and desensitization loud noises and new experiences Vacuum, lawn mower, fireworks.

Potty & Crate Training

We start potty training early. When the puppies are around 4 weeks old we begin to make frequent trips outside, the goal is to establish very early on that outside is where we go to potty. We also begin to introduce a crate at this time. The goal is for puppy to look at the crate as a safe cozy space that is just for them. We never want the crate to feel like a punishment. By the 7th week we find that most pups are very happy to climb into their crate for a nap after a playtime.

We send each puppy home with, a toy and a blanket with mama and siblings scent, shot records, Your new pups registration, a folder to keep all the important paperwork for your new baby and 30 days of trupanion pet insurance.
